We believe in sharing our expertise to support the development of not-for-profit organisations and enable them to become more effective and sustainable.

Through our work with Pilotlight we have given our time to a number of charities over the years. Pilotlight matches business leaders with charities and social enterprises seeking to increase their impact and deliver more efficient services.

More recently we have embarked on a multi-year partnership with The Reader, investing our time, resources and profits to support the ambitions of this exciting Liverpool-based social enterprise. The Reader is a nationwide charity and social enterprise which helps people use literature as a tool for living well, primarily through its Shared Reading movement.

Our EPIC Adventures early-stage investing strategy invests in companies created to deliver social and environmental impact and we recently launched Collective Impact in partnership with Virgin Start-up and Crowdcube.
